Housing Selection Process for First-Year and Transfer Students
Living on campus is an exciting part of your college experience! Each summer, new first-year and transfer students select their housing through our annual housing selection process.
Follow these steps to secure your space on campus for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Important Dates and Deadlines

| Pay Your Housing Deposit | Submit your $300 deposit to reserve your place in the housing selection process. Students who deposit by the priority deadline get first-choice housing. Students who submit their deposit after the May 8 priority deadline will be provided housing as spaces are available. | May 8 (priority deadline) | |
Fill out the online housing application and personal details form on the housing portal. Applications completed by the priority deadline receive first-choice housing. Students who complete their application after June 18 will be provided housing as spaces are available. | June 18 by 5 pm | ||
Find Roommates (encouraged, not required) | Use the housing portal to match with potential roommates. Ensure your group fills all spaces in your desired room, suite, or apartment. | Ongoing through housing selection | |

Transfer Students
Transfer students admitted before the housing application deadline can participate in the incoming student housing selection process. Follow the tasks and deadlines listed above to secure your housing assignment.
Transfer students admitted after the housing application deadline who wish to live on campus should submit their non-refundable housing deposit and complete the required steps in the housing portal. Residence life will assign housing as spaces become available in our residence halls.
Housing Accommodations
